[Libav-user] support OMX HW accelerated encoding for HEVC on ARM Mali-V550?

Is this something on the Ffmpeg team's roadmap to support it? The Mali-V550 supports HEVC HW encoding, and is adopted by Chipsets such as Amlogic S912. see the link.

My understanding is ARM exposes the HW encoder via the OMX interface, is Ffmpeg going to support it?
