[Libav-user] Reg ffmpeg sampling issue Please help me

Thanks for reply Suprith,

 I am looking to encoding to mp3. and I am using example program
"transcoding.c" from ffmpeg github.

I came across other posts in libav-users and understand that it require
buffer to match with that sample_size if i am correct.
