[Libav-user] Could not find tag for codec pcm_s16be in stream using ffmpeg

If you look at  wikipedia comparison of container formats
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_video_container_formats>    see
the section "Audio formats supported" and you will see that PCM is not
supported with the MP4 container format.  There are other options like
matroska or avi.
