[Libav-user] Setting log level specific to a context

The ffmpeg logging facility is located in libavutil and is global to your
application.
The log levels are located in libavutil/log.h
There is an AVCLass definition in log.h which may allow you to do
class-specific logging - I haven't messed with it.
