[Libav-user] RTP VP8 payload, keyframe, the proper way to send correct RTP VP8 packets

Is avcodec_encode_video should give me packets with VP8 header ? (payload
header, with PictId etc ) ?

For now, what avcodec_encode_video is giving me is far from headers
described in the draft (VP8 Payload descriptor). Do someone know how to
obtain such header with libav ?
