[Libav-user] How to specify static link to libz?

Hi guys,

I'm building ffmpeg on Cygwin, I want to enable zlib support so
that --enable-zlib is added to configure.

I'm building ffmpeg dlls on Winodws and I don't want ffmpeg dlls depends on
zlib1.dll so that I should link zlib statically into ffmpeg dlls.

Could anyone tell me how to do that?
