Can you please identify what exactly is the problem? do you get seg faults or output file corrupted?

Hello Everyone,
I'm very new on ffmpeg and this emailing list.
These days, I'm working on a recoding code. And I tried most of code sample and read some tutorials. At this point, I'm very confused about some usages.

Most of lines are licensed to  "Copy/Paste Inc." :)
