[Libav-user] Is frame with PTS needed for every fps interval?

NM on my question about the timestamp values: I did some searching based on
it and found out about the sec/90000 units used in MPeg encoding and the
marker bits.  I'm surprised that I didn't find reference to it earlier but
now I'm off to retry my strategy as described above with these values and
see how the playback looks.
