[Libav-user] Unable to Retrieve Frame Rate. it always zero.

Carl,
I am working on android, and unfortunately my device is not a rooted one. i
am unable to execute ffmpeg command there.
Any other hook please to find why i am not getting frame rate, from the
programming point of view ?
