[Libav-user] Debug level

I think the flags AV_LOG_DEBUG, AV_LOG_ERROR are enabled based on the
importance level of the logged function av_log().

To log all the info you can use av_log(NULL, AV_LOG_INFO, "Message to be
displayed");

I am not sure if you wanted to know the above information.
