[Libav-user] Intel's QuickSync using FFmpeg

Hi guys. I have been using FFmpeg for a couple of months now and i also
worked on Intel's QuickSync Encoder and Decoder. What i am in need of
currently is a way to utilize QuickSync integrated with FFMpeg.
I belive there must be a way to use certain flags for using QuickSync for
decoding.
I also read about the builds for using QSV but couldnt find a proper source
to download it.
I am working on Windows 7, i7(3rd gen) processor.
