This is (as such) impossible, you are now encoding 
44 bytes less (which were not audio).

Please:
Do not post excerpts from ffmpeg's console output, 
always post the complete, uncut console output.
Please do not top-post here, it is considered 
rude.

Please remove:
"-vn", makes not much sense for wav input and awb output.
"-ac 1", your input is already mono
"-ar 16000", the input sample rate is already 16k.
I suspect (but didn't test) that "-f amr -acodec libvo..." 
are also unneeded.

And please fix your quoting.
