Try

$(call import-module,$(LOCAL_PATH)/ffmpeg/android/arm)

I am afraid we have stirred too far from the topic of the libav-user
mail list. You would be better served if you ask the questions about
Android NDK in relevant user groups, or at stack-overflow.
