Simply adding x.mjpeg after blah.cgi, e.g. http://blah.cgi?x.mjpeg as
described here: http://code.opencv.org/issues/2474 was enough to enable
ffmpeg to figure out that it's supposed to be a mjpeg stream and now it
works beautifully!
