[Libav-user] how to get fps

i find that AVStream has r_frame_rate and avg_frame_rate. r_frame_rate is
a guessed value, what about avg_frame_rate? sometimes avq2d(avg_frame_rate)
is 0, why?
if i want to know fps, which one should i use? or other methods?
