[Libav-user] ADPCM Codec

I am getting a return value of -22 when calling avcodec_open2 with a
CodecId of 'AV_CODEC_ID_ADPCM_G726' (and the same for any other PCM based
codecs).

Could anyone indicate why this would be the case?
