My last message contains output of ffmpeg, that I've built today from head of branch master.
In my iOS app I hear the sound, but there are a lot of noise. And it's not looks like there are no support of wma.
And I found, ffmpeg release, that works fine for me. Here it is - http://ffmpeg.org/releases/ffmpeg-0.11.2.tar.bz2
