Please, download this zip file. It contains a dv and mjpeg videos.

I can play the files "DV-ffmpeg.dv" and "MJPEG_Quality=100.avi" with vlc and 
with my own player based on libavuser. Libavuser says that the first video 
stream is dvvideo and the second is mjpeg.

Now How must I do in order to write a file in dvvideo or mjpeg format?
I have tryed this
"avformat_alloc_output_context2(&pAVFormatContext, NULL, NULL, "a.avvideo");"
but does not work.
