Please provide complete, uncut console output 
(together with the command line) of the failed 
transcoding attempt.

If the problem also appears with the following 
command line, output would be prefered for this 
one because it does not use external libraries 
(libx264, libfaac):
$ ffmpeg -i myhaEzeEZWtPTOZQnRbG.wmv -strict -2 
-acodec aac -vcodec mpeg4 -qscale 2 -ab 320k out.mp4
