[Libav-user] Helo in understanding PTS and DTS

I was testing on Windows and found this problem crop up in builds after 3rd Oct in http://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/. So, I had reverted back to build of 3rd Oct and outStream->time_base was correct. This was more than a month back. The latest builds may have fixed this issue.
