[Libav-user] Challenge... create a black .TS file from NOTHING?

Hello,

Is there a way in ffmpeg for me to create a .TS video only with 1 stream of
video H.264 with black frames?

As input I would give, of couse, width+height+duration... the the output is
a MPEG2-TS with this video in black...

what is the easiest way for me to do it with command line?
