[Libav-user] rtp usage

Hi all,

I would like to use the libav* to stream x264 encoded frames (NALUs) over rtp/udp. How can I use the libav* to stream only not encode the data ? 
I have done this before but I used the libav* to encode (in h264 yuv420p frames) and stream them over rtp/udp, I decide to have more control on the encoder so I encode the frames with the x264-api and now I want to stream with the libav* .
