[Libav-user] Timecode of dts returned is wrong for MXF files

Hi,

I found that the recently version ffmpeg libs on windows have problems on MXF decoding.

I have a MXF file about 56 minutes. I called the libraries to decode it, when the timecode of dts up to about 14988, it won't increase but keep the same value.
