Isn't it considered rude to post the same questions again and again in
this huge ugly typeset?

Anyway, regarding the roamsave Android application, if they use
libavcodec or other ffmpeg flibraries, it's their responsibility, as
reuired by LGPL, to provide the way for end-users to compile the
library for any supported platform and load it.
