[Libav-user] RTP payload Depacketization for bandwidth Efficient mode for AMR audio

Hi

Do FFMPEG also supports the depacketization of the
Bandwidth Efficient Mode packetized RTP payload for AMR audio content?

 in *rtpdec_amr.c*, I am seeing that the algo used seems to be having the
octet aligned format only.

I am looking for the clear algo which can be used to depacketize the RTP
payload which is bandwidth efficent mode.

Can somebody have any idea/suggestion for the same.
