[Libav-user] ffserver from rtsp h263 to rtsp h264

Dear Friends,

I have live stream from Wowza 320x240 200Kbps 15fps H264 , AAC Stereo
22050hz 48Kbps,
how to transform it into h263+ using ffserver ?

is it right configuration (inside ffserver.conf)

<Stream mytv.3gp>
File "rtsp://myserver/live/mytv.sdp"
Format rtp
VideoCodec h263p
</Stream>
