[Libav-user] Invalid timestamp

Hi, I'm try compile a flv file, but when execute avcodec_encode_video, I get
"[flv @ 0x89f70a0] Error, Invalid timestamp=0, last=0"

I gets pictures from a netcam, this send images jpg.
