[Libav-user] Recent ffmpeg version doesn't support v4l2

Show the exact failing command and output (using git master), it is
working fine here, in case it fails you can debug
libavdevice.c/v4l2.c:v4l2_set_parameters() and/or git bisect to find
the exact change which broke it.
