[Libav-user] H.264 Decoding | frame boundaries truncation in av packet

I checked avcodec error log, it returns:
AV_LOG_ERROR: number of reference frames exceeds max (probably corrupt
input), discarding one
AV_LOG_ERROR: corrupted macroblock %d %d (total_coeff=%d)
AV_LOG_ERROR: error while decoding MB %d %d
