[Libav-user] About rm/rmvb license

Hi, All

I want to incorporate the libavcodec into our commercial product (platform
of hand-hold terminal device), but have been told that Realmedia Corp. will
not license it unless we use their's helix player. And the license fee of
helix player is too high.

Is that true? Is there any way I can get the Realmedia license to play
rm/rmvb files without using their's helix player or framework?
It's very important to us. Thank you very much!
