[Libav-user] Changing Keyframes of a video

Hi all,

I want to do the following.

For every keyframe I want to do some changes on it and want this new
keyframes to the used for further decoding of subsequent non-keyframes. So I
want the motion vectors to take care of propagating the changes I did on the
keyframe to the subsequent non-keyframes.

I am a new user of ffmpeg libraries and want to know how can I go about
this? Can I plug a module which triggers on keyframes and its output is
further used ?
