[FFserver-user] Video Encoding Help

Hi All,

I have a programmer that just implemented FFmpeg for video conversion in a site I hired him to develop and he said it is converting really slow. He said a 30 sec video is taking 20 minutes to convert. He said he thinks it may be some of the presets or something. I am not a programmer so I don’t know. I need someone who is experienced with it to explain how to get it working correctly. If you knowledgeable in this matter please help!
