Mark, are you really feeling okay? Because it doesn't look like it...

What don't you understand? und = undefined
A video track CAN have a language - it can have, for example, hardcoded 
screen captions (or just text, e.g. karaoke lyrics), so it can have a 
language.
Therefore, there is an option to set a language for a video track, and 
this is both normal and allowed.
