[FFmpeg-user] Audio captured via AVFoundation is unusable

The patch wouldn't apply, so I added the changes manually:

Yet, the problem persists. I get the same result, glitchy audio as with all previous attempts.

Audio captured via FFmpeg's AVFoundation implementation on macOS remains unusable. I suppose I'll have to start playing around in the code to see if I can figure anything out... just seems like a pretty issue.

Any additional suggestions as to how I can fix or report this are appreciated.
