Please always include the command output so we can see which 
version/build/etc you're running- it'll start with something like this:

ffmpeg version 6.1.1-full_build-www.gyan.dev Copyright (c) 2000-2023 the 
FFmpeg developers
   built with gcc 12.2.0 (Rev10, Built by MSYS2 project)
[...]
(that's quite old)
