[FFmpeg-user] Is there a way to reconnect to a RTSP stream after it disappears from the network?

Hmm, it's kind of weird thing it's not working, because after the
camera comes back to life, I can see network packets in wireshark
flowing between the camera and the already running ffmpeg instance.
The state of the connection is also ESTABLISHED. So they're taking but
there's no stream...
