[FFmpeg-user] convert mkv to mp4

Hello,

This is a strange system, you answered to an older post. 
Later I copied what i see to a very long letter and it seems functions are disbled. My question was if the solution may could be to find out how to enable features and try again? And I confirmed that in case of both Synology systems i have the same so it seem some default thing instead of I made something wrong during package installation.
