If that's the case, you already have a virus. If you already have a virus, then they can do anything 
that's allowed by that user. If the user is Administrator, then they can do anything an 
administrator can do. That's why Microsoft starting creating higher accounts than Administrator: 
Trusted Installer and the like. That's when I knew I had to defend myself against Microsoft. I did.

I run as Administrator. I run zero anti-virus. I have as close to a single-user system as possible. 
I don't get viruses, impossible.
