I can play the stream, only issue is when switching from 1st segment to 2nd Segment, audio pts is restarted to 0

Yes. It is playable. At least, ffplay (v4.1) open it easily (on Windows).
But v4.4 does NOT.
Well, v5.0.1 also cannot play it.
