[FFmpeg-user] NTP timestamp in RTCP sender report

Hi!

I've working on a project where I need to know the timestamp when each
package was generated in an RTP stream, so I need to know the NTP timestamp
in the sender report.

>From what I understand, ffmpeg doesn't expose that information to the API.
I just wanted to confirm if that's still the case.

I've seen some patches online to add that functionality but I'd prefer not
to use any third party mods if possible.
