[FFmpeg-user] Encoding with vaapi: The same frame is outputted

Hi Mr Xiang,
    Thank you for your reply.
    I did referred the vaapi_encode.c, however, I don't know how to view
the outputted .h264 file format. Both medial player and VLC player cannot
play it.
    Is there a way to analyze the outputted .h264 file?
