Is this supposed to be some kind of veiled threat?

I wonder what would happen if this person whom you are "targeting" were to report your threat to your local police. Is cyber-crime welcomed and encouraged in your jurisdiction? Do you believe your identity could not be discovered, by some "asshole" with an axe to grind and too much time on his hands?
