[FFmpeg-user] ffmpeg 5.1 refuses to build with x264-static

ffmpeg 5.1 refuses to build with x264-static, 5.0 built as all the years 
before, it's supposed to link the "libx264.a" which is built at stage 1 
of the rpm-sepc

--extra-cflags and --extra-ldflags pointing to the directory and i don't 
get what pkg-config has to do here at all for static linking

If you think configure made a mistake, make sure you are using the latest
version from Git.  If the latest version fails, report the problem to the
ffmpeg-user at ffmpeg.org mailing list or IRC #ffmpeg on irc.libera.chat.
Include the log file "ffbuild/config.log" produced by configure as this 
will help
solve the problem
