[FFmpeg-user] How to select GPU in a multi GPU system

How can just do a crop/trim video MP4, after update, now ffmpeg take
so longer, many more process
$ ffmpeg -i "b.mp4" -to 0:2:20 a.mp4
used to do it nicely done in few seconds
Also what different it and ffmpeg4.4 seen in most Linux repo?
Please help out
