Do not top-post on this mailing list.
Use a current build of ffmpeg.
Include the command output in the _body_ of the email, not as an attachment.

ffmpeg can be sensitive to the order of options. IIRC, you need to put the 
-preset before many of the other options. And depending on the input file, 
you may not need some of those options anyway- it's often better to start 
with as few as possible and add than to start with more and figure out which 
one is causing problems.
