The bitrate is already below 5Mb/s, look at the end of the console output:
bitrate=3772.4kbits/s

Aspect ratio, width and height are also the same:
Input: 1920x1080 with 90° rotation in metadata
Output: 1080x1920

It seems I don't understand what you want to do.
