FYI I compiled the C code at the foot of https://spitzner.org/kkmoon.html
and ran it against one of my camera's 264 files. The resultant h264 video
file played in VLC (but faster than it should - this is explained at the
web site) but the separate wav file was completely empty. I opened it in
Audacity and there's no audio content (wave form displayed is a flat line).
