[FFmpeg-user] MPEG-DASH does not work in 4.3.1 but worked in 4.2.3 (ffprobe/ffplay/ffmpeg)

Hi,

I currently try to playback mpeg-dash streams. e.g.
https://cph-msl.akamaized.net/dash/live/2003285/test/manifest.mpd
or
https://dash.akamaized.net/dash264/TestCases/10a/1/iis_forest_short_poem_multi_lang_480p_single_adapt_aaclc_sidx.mpd


It worked perfectly with version 4.2.3. Unfortunately I didn't get it to
work with 4.3.1.
The command line i used is

ffplay -loglevel trace -protocol_whitelist tcp,tls,https,dash -report
https://cph-msl.akamaized.net/dash/live/2003285/test/manifest.mpd

I have used the Windows Full Builds.
Does anyone have an idea what I have forgotten?

Attached are the reports from 4.3.1 and 4.2.3. (The larger one is 4.2.3)
