[FFmpeg-user] Next Release

Hi guys,

I understand that the last official release of FFmpeg was 4.3.1 in
July last year. Given that FFmpeg has been released on an almost
monthly basis before that, I wonder whether there are any plans around
a version 4.4.0 or really any official version that would support
`AV_FRAME_DATA_SEI_UNREGISTERED`.
