[FFmpeg-user] FFmpeg decoder error opening AVC 4:4:4 file

I'm getting an FFmpeg decoder error when trying to open a 3840x2160 @ 30
Hz, AVC CAVLC 4:4:4 Intra L5.1..When I use FFprobe, I get the following
errors:

[h264 @ 0000027481dadf00] separate color planes are not supported

I recorded the file using a Matrox Maevex 6150 recorder. The container is
MP4. I tried MOV, but got the same errors. Any ideas of what I need to do
to this file to open it with FFmpeg?
